Duties and Responsibilities:
• Capitalize on a robust business conference plan that targets the top reputable business conferences that serve all business lines.
• Organize conferences in a key strategic market/s including proposing speakers, delegates, coordinating client invitations and client meetings, designing and setting up the booth, preparing invitations and final event reports.
• Own sponsored events and explore hosting side events.
• Implement and communicate Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
• Deliver a planned Learning and Development program.
• Ensure that the necessary evaluations, KPIs and reports and conducted to ensure the Centre meet the needs of its audiences.
• Coordinate the strategic direction for sustainable Volunteer initiatives that meet the needs of both staff interest and opportunities in the markets, in collaboration with key charities and NGOs.
• Deliver volunteer initiatives grounded in research, measurement and effective reporting.
• Coordinate daily with the Bank team to ensure that internal communications, Social Marketing and media are integrated.
• Manage PR, research, social media and event management agencies as well as direct reports.
• Prepare measurement and evaluation reports and proposals regularly.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Communication or literature
• 8 to 10 years of experience in the communications, project management, and events management field
• Fluent in English and Arabic
